HGV Driver (Skip Loader)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an HGV Driver (Skip Loader) at Pinden Limited located in Longfield. As an HGV Driver (Skip Loader), you will be responsible for operating a skip loader vehicle to collect and transport waste materials from customer sites to designated recycling sites. You will follow all safety regulations and company procedures to ensure the proper handling and transportation of waste materials.

Qualifications

Valid HGV Class C license
Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
Valid Digital Tacho Card
Good driving record with no major offenses
Familiarity with local road regulations and traffic laws
Experience operating skip loader vehicles or similar heavy goods vehicles
Ability to confidently perform physical tasks, including handling chains and vehicle doors
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
